PREP CHEF
We are looking for a Prep Chef to join our Kitchen Team and help us make delicious scratch-made ingredients! This position is responsible for preparing all of our raw ingredients used on our pizzas and small plates.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Prep Checklists and Inventory Accounting
Prep All Ingredients for our Kitchen Line
Maintain Workstation Cleanliness and Organization
Communicate Inventory with Taproom/Bar Manager
requirements:
Ability To Follow Recipes and Preparation Instructions
Clear Communication Skills
Ability To Work A Consistent Daily Schedule
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Candidates must be able to work 6 days per week (Tuesday through Sunday) for approximately 12 hours in total.
Daily Shifts are from 12pm - 2pm.
