PREP CHEF

We are looking for a Prep Chef to join our Kitchen Team and help us make delicious scratch-made ingredients! This position is responsible for preparing all of our raw ingredients used on our pizzas and small plates.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Prep Checklists and Inventory Accounting

  • Prep All Ingredients for our Kitchen Line

  • Maintain Workstation Cleanliness and Organization

  • Communicate Inventory with Taproom/Bar Manager

requirements:

  • Ability To Follow Recipes and Preparation Instructions

  • Clear Communication Skills

  • Ability To Work A Consistent Daily Schedule

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Candidates must be able to work 6 days per week (Tuesday through Sunday) for approximately 12 hours in total.

  • Daily Shifts are from 12pm - 2pm.
