THE BEER RELEASES
One of our favorite beers makes its yearly return for the festival along with an extra special addition.
GREENER MACHINE
IMPERIAL IPA // 9.4%
Our Imperial IPA brewed with a touch of wheat and some of our favorite American hop varieties. An amped up version of our cherished House IPA, Green Machine. Notes of citrus peel, grapefruit, and pine. Immensely crushable alongside a hefty 9.4% ABV. Brewed one time a year for our annual Greener Fest. this year we tweaked the recipe slightly to amp up the hop profile even further!
ATMOSPHERIC CHANGES
KOLSCH // 4.9%
OUR CRISP CRUSHABLE KOLSCH RETURNS! brewed with a base of pilsner and wheat and hopped with hallertau blanc. a classic kolsch profile highlighting a light noble hop presence and a clean biscuity/bready malt profile. hints of honey/lemon, and a clean minerality from the yeast.
