Coldstream is our first “cold ipa” brewed at DBC (think hoppy lager). Made with an array of lightly kilned malts, we then worked in additions of citra/mosaic to the kettle. For the dry-hop we dosed in a light sprinkling of New Zealand Nectaron to drive home the bolder tropical profile. Crisp, smooth, and packed with dank hop character.
